If your face mask will not power on, check the following: 

• Press the power button to power on the mask. 
• Ensure the face mask is fully charged. 
• Reset the face mask (check your instruction manual for this procedure). 

If the battery life is short on your face mask, check the following: 

• Ensure the battery is fully charged before using the face mask. 
• Using your face mask on the high setting will drain the battery faster.
•  Do not leave the face mask in a hot environment, such as direct sunlight. 

If your face mask is causing irritation or discomfort, try the following: 

• The intensity may be too high for your skin type. Reduce the intensity. 
• The face mask may not be fitted correctly. Check the manual for the correct fitting instructions. 
• Use the face mask without any skin care products on your face.
