If your Android tablet will not turn on, check the following:
- Connect the tablet to the original charger and cable and charge for at least 15–30 minutes.
- Press and hold the Power button for 5–30 seconds to force a restart.

- Try a different charger, cable, and wall socket.
If your tablet shows it is charging, but the battery percentage does not increase, check the following:

If the screen is black, but the tablet seems powered on, try the following:
- Increase the display brightness or shine a torch on the screen to check for a dim image.

If your tablet is very slow or freezes, try the following:
- Restart the device to clear system memory.
- Check Settings → Storage and free space by uninstalling any unused apps or removing unwanted photos/music if nearly full.
- Check it there are any updates available for your tablet.
- Update the apps to the latest versions.
If an app keeps crashing or won’t open, try the following:
- Restart the tablet.
- Update the app on the Google Play Store.
- Go to Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Clear cache.
- If needed, uninstall and reinstall the app.
If your tablet will not connect to Wi‑Fi, try the following:
- Check that Airplane Mode is turned off.
- On your tablet, turn Wi‑Fi off and on again.
- Restart both the tablet and the router.
- Forget the network and reconnect using the correct password.
If Bluetooth devices will not connect to your tablet, try the following:
- Restart both the tablet and the Bluetooth device.
- Make sure the device you are trying to pair to your tablet is in pairing mode and within range.
- Remove (forget) the Bluetooth device on your tablet and try pairing it again.
