FAQs

Ensure the appliance is plugged into a working power socket and turned on. Ensure all components are correctly fitted. Many food processors have safety locks that prevent operation unless the bowl and lid are securely locked into place.

The appliance may stop if it has been overloaded or has overheated. Switch it off, unplug it, and allow it to cool for several minutes before trying again. Avoid processing quantities larger than those recommended in the user guide.

Leaks can occur if the bowl, lid, or seals are not fitted correctly, or if the bowl is overfilled. Check that all parts are assembled securely and do not exceed the maximum fill level indicated for your model.

Ensure the blades are installed correctly and are free from food build-up. Processing very large pieces of food can also affect performance, so try cutting ingredients into smaller pieces before use. If the blades appear damaged or excessively worn, they may need to be replaced.
