 First, swap to a different USB‑A or USB‑C port and test with another device. If still unrecognised:

  1. Launch the PDP Control Hub app.

  2. Check for firmware updates and apply them.

  3. Restart your system to allow it to re-hook the driver.
    If none of these work, the cable may be faulty—consider replacing with a third‑party USB‑C cable that supports data transfer.

A: Use the free PDP Control Hub app (for Xbox or PC) to re‑map the back paddle buttons, adjust dead zones, and check trigger configuration. After mapping, ensure firmware is up to date. If things still aren’t registering, try resetting mappings or reinstalling the app.

There are two trigger‑stop switches located under the controller, one for each trigger. Slide each switch down to engage the 2‑way true hair triggers, reducing travel distance for quicker input response.
