If the desk feels wobbly after assembly, check the following: 

• Confirm all screws and bolts are fully tightened as recommended. 
• Make sure the desk is on a solid, level floor. 
• If the wobble is vertical, check that wall‑strap fixings (if used) are correctly installed. 

If the drawer won’t close properly or feels stiff, check the following: 

• Check that the plastic drawer stop is correctly seated. 
• Adjust the stop’s tension by turning the cap anti‑clockwise slightly until it moves smoothly. 

If the wireless charger isn’t powering on (no red LED), check the following: 

• The USB cable is firmly connected to a QC 3.0 USB‑A power adaptor (required for proper operation). 
• The power adaptor is plugged into a working outlet. 

• Yes, the device may feel warmer than usual during wireless charging. This is normal. 
• Stop charging if the device becomes hot or emits an unusual smell. 

• The desk cannot power USB output and wireless charging at the same time. Using both functions together may cause charging failure.
