• Begin by adding liquids followed by solid ingredients. If incorporating ice, always add it last.

Move lodged ingredients from blade and restart blend program.

You may need to do some of the following actions to help remove the blockage:

• Add more liquid.
• Shake the unit while it's blending.
• Flip the blender upside down, restart the blender, and turn the unit back right side up so ingredients make contact with the spinning blades.
• Turn the unit off, dislodge any stuck ingredients using a long utensil, then restart the blending cycle after turning it back on.
