Ensure you are inserting the left or right Joy‑Con correctly, aligning it with the internal rails and pushing smoothly until fully seated.

  • The wheel requires 2× AAA batteries (not included). 
  • Install new batteries, ensuring the polarity of the batteries is correct.

The wheel uses in‑built easy‑reach shoulder buttons that press the Joy‑Con’s internal buttons mechanically. If they are not responding, check the following:

  • Ensure the Joy‑Con is fully inserted.
  • Check for obstructions around the shoulder button area.
  • Re-insert the Joy‑Con and try again.
