If your JLab Bluetooth mouse will not turn on, please check the following: 

  • Battery is dead or not inserted properly: Replace or reseat the AA battery (Go Mouse) or recharge via USB-C (JBuds Mouse).
  • Power switch is off: Ensure the switch on the bottom is set to “ON.”
  • Faulty battery: Try a different battery or charging cable.

If your JLab Bluetooth mouse won’t connect via Bluetooth, please check the following: 

  • Enter pairing mode:  
    • Quick press the mode button to toggle to Bluetooth 1 or 2.
    • Then press and hold the same button until the LED starts flashing (pairing mode). 
  • Select the mouse in your device’s Bluetooth settings (e.g., “JLab JBuds Mouse”).
  • Forget and re-pair: If previously connected, remove it from your device’s Bluetooth list and try again.
  • Try another device to rule out host-side issues.

If your JLab Bluetooth mouse is connected, but not responding, please check the following: 

  • Surface issues: Optical sensors may not work well on glossy or reflective surfaces.
  • Low battery: Recharge or replace the battery.
  • USB dongle mode: If using the 2.4GHz dongle, ensure the mouse is toggled to the correct mode.
  • Driver issues: Update or reinstall mouse drivers via Device Manager (Windows).
