If the therapy lamp will not turn on, check the following:
- Ensure the device is switched on. Press the on/off button.
- Check that the device is plugged into the mains.
- Try another electrical product in the same socket and see if it works. If it does not, then it may be the electrical socket is at fault.
- Change the fuse in the plug, using a fuse with the same rating.
If your therapy lamp has switched off by itself, check the timer setting as the lamp will switch off at the end of the set time.
Check the instruction manual for this procedure.
The fan will run for 5 minutes after you have finished using the device to cool it down.
