The battery of your Polar Loop lasts up to 6 days.
Many factors influence battery lifetime. You need to charge the battery more often if you: - Browse the display a lot, - Use your activity tracker for heart rate training, - Use Polar Flow app with your activity tracker, - Wear your Polar Loop/Polar Loop 2 in the shower or when swimming, or - Wear your activity tracker in cold weather. - Use the Smart Notifications feature on your Polar Loop 2/Polar Loop Crystal
If you are having problems with your activity tracker, you can try factory reset to resolve the situation. To factory reset: 1. Plug in Polar Loop/Polar Loop 2 to your computer's USB port and go to FlowSync software. 2. Click Settings and FACTORY RESET. It takes a moment to the restore factory settings. Then unplug the Polar Loop/Polar Loop 2 and plug it again. 3. Once the Flow web service landing page opens, select Sign in and use your existing credentials to log in. 4. Accept the settings and press Done in the end.
You can reset Bluetooth in your Polar Loop/Polar Loop 2 by turning the flight mode on and then turning it off again. Turn the flight mode on by touching and holding the button for 8 seconds while TIME is on the display. Release the button when you see the airplane icon. Turn the flight mode off by touching and holding the button for 2-3 seconds in any display mode. Release the button when you see the airplane icon and the text OFF.
