Steam control dial is open – rotate the steam control dial so it is closed.
The coffee is not compact enough.
Air and steam are not getting into the milk. Use a pin to clean the Steam Wand nozzle and air holes in the Sleeve. Please refer to user manual for more information.
Use a pipe cleaner or bottle brush type cleaner to clean the frother wand.
May be the wrong volume of coffee. Use the correct coffee filter: 1 person - smaller one cup filter, or 2 person for larger two cup filter
