1. Open Settings.

2. Tap Software update.

3. Tap Download and install.

Your device will check for available updates. If available, you will be asked to download and install.                  

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers to reveal the Quick Settings panel.
  2. Tap the Power icon.
  3. Tap Power off.                                                         

 Please note, a factory reset will delete all settings and data so ensure to back these up or transfer data before carrying this out.
