1. Open the snack maker by unclipping the locking latch.
2. Select the required non-stick plates, check that both plates match and then position them in the snack maker.
3. Align the bottom non-stick plate with the heating element and press gently until the locking latches secure it into postition.
4. Repeat this process for the upper plate.

Before storing, ensure the snack maker is cool, clean and dry. Then, store it in a cool, dry place. Ensure that the power cord is never wrapped tightly around the device and try to wrap loosely for storage.

If food is sticking to the plate you should ensure that a thin coat of cooking oil has been applied to the plates before cooking. This will stop food from sticking.

You can use butter or cooking oil to precondition the non-stick plates, helping to protect the coating and making it easier to remove snacks.

We do not recommend cleaning this product in the dishwasher.

The plates can be cleaning by applying a small amount of warm water mixed with a mild detergent. Wipe clean with a paper towel or a soft-cloth.

To get the best cooking results, we suggest keeping the latch closed to ensure the heat remains in the appliance.

Only use the plates that are designed for this model in this appliance.
