If you want to stay in and wait for your delivery, we delivery across mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We can deliver between 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week. We also offer our Click and Drop service if you want to pop into store and collect your online order! Below is an outline of all the options we can offer to get your items to you.
Small items
This is any item that can be delivered by one person. You can find this information on the product page when you’re purchasing. We offer:
Fast Track same day delivery: if you order before 6pm, we’ll deliver by 10pm the same day. Impressive right? This starts from £3.95 and you get a choice of 4 delivery slot times even on a Sunday!
Standard Delivery: Make sure to order before 8pm to ensure next day delivery. We use trusted couriers to deliver Monday – Saturday starting from £3.95.
Tu Clothing Delivery: During Monday – Friday, if you order before 2pm you will receive next day delivery. Orders placed between 2pm Friday and 2pm Sunday will be delivered on the Monday. This again starts from £3.95 with our trusted couriers.
Large items
This is any of our items that require a 2 person delivery. You will receive a text message with a 2 hour delivery slot time the evening before or morning of your delivery.
Next Day Delivery: The cost of delivery will start from £14.95, and to ensure this delivery you need to order before 8pm with deliveries being between 7am and 6pm.
Next Day Delivery with Timeslot: Like the previous option of next day delivery you can minimise your wait time by requesting a specific delivery time slot. Prices start from £24.99 with these time slots to choose from (7am-11am, 10am-2pm, 12 noon-4pm, 2pm-6pm and 5pm-9pm).
Standard delivery: Standard delivery costs start from £6.95 and will be delivered any time between 7am and 6pm. To find out when your order will be delivered you can check your receipt or confirmation email.
Standard delivery with timeslot: This delivery option starts from £12.95 to give you the choice of 5 different delivery slots to ensure you’re definitely in to receive your item.
Large Kitchen Appliances
Next Day Delivery: Next day delivery for large kitchen appliances begins from £8.95. Remember to order before 8pm to guarantee a next day slot between 7am-6pm.
Next Day delivery with timeslot: This delivery will start from £24.99 to ensure you get a choice of 5 delivery slots. Remember to order before 8pm!
Standard delivery: The standard delivery is free for large kitchen appliances, awesome right? You will be able to see your delivery date on your confirmation email or in your account. Delivery will be between 7am and 6pm.
Standard delivery with timeslot: This will start from £12.95 giving you the option to pick out your preferred time slot from 5 different options.
