If your cooler isn’t keeping items cold enough, check the following: 

• Ensure that the cooler has been pre-chilled before use. (Check the instruction manual for this procedure). 
• Ensure that the 2:1 ice-to-content ratio is being used. 
• Keep the lid closed as much as possible and place in a shaded area. 

If the Dry Zone (drawer/section) isn’t staying cold, check the following: 

• Ensure that pre-chilled food/drinks is being used. 
• Ensure that frozen icepacks have been installed into the Dry Zone straps. 
• Keep the Dry Zone closed when not in use.

If the ice is melting quickly check the following: 

• Ensure you have filled the cooler completely with pre-chilled contents and ice. 
• Keep the cooler closed as much as possible and store in the shade or a cool area.
