Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode. 

  1. Follow the steps described in this user manual. 
  2. Make sure that the LED light flashes blue and white alternately before you release the call/music button. Do not stop holding the button if you see the blue LED only.
  1. The headphones may be connected to a previously paired device. Turn off the connected device or move it out of range. 
  2. Pairing may have been reset or the headphones have been previously paired with another device. Pair the headphones with the mobile phone again as described in the user manual.

Use a soft cloth (dampened with a minimum amount of water or diluted mild soap if necessary) to clean the product. To avoid damage or malfunction: 

  • Do not use any cleaning agents containing alcohol, ammonia, benzene, or abrasives. 
  • Do not submerge the product in water. 
  • The headphone shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing.

Remove the blocking of the dirt and ear wax in the speakers and ear plugs can improve the sound quality of the headphones. Please do not dunk the ear plugs into water or any other detergents. You should follow the cleaning steps showed below. 

  1. Take off the ear plugs from the driver speakers. Rinse the ear plugs thoroughly with tap water. Dry the ear plugs with clean and soft cotton cloth. 
  2. Wipe the headphone speakers and ear plugs with dry soft cotton cloth to remove the dirt and ear wax on their surfaces. 
  3. Pry out any visible dirt and ear wax that has collected in the speaker holes with a toothpick. Be careful not to poke the wax farther into the speakers. 
  4. To remove the dirt, gently brush on the speakers and ear plugs with a clean toothbrush. Get rid of the dirt on the speakers and ear plugs surfaces with wet cotton swab and make sure no visible dirt and ear wax on them. 
  5. To clean and sterilize the speakers and ear plugs, wipe their surface with 75% concentration alcohol-soaked towelette. Let them sit for 5 minutes under room temperature and humidity. To maintain a better sound quality of the headphones, we recommend users clean the headphones with the above steps for every 3 months usage.
The battery level is low. Charge the headphones.
The Bluetooth is disabled. Enable the Bluetooth feature on your mobile phone and turn on the mobile phone before you turn on the headphones.

The Bluetooth device is out of range. Reduce the distance between your headphones and Bluetooth device, or remove obstacles between them.
