Press the RCC button on the top of the product to turn on and toggle between UK/EU or US

Check the channel on the sensor (to be found in the battery compartment) corresponds to the channel on the main unit. For the main unit press SENSOR on the top to toggle through. Bring the sensor next to the main unit and press the reset button on the main unit and then the sensor. Leave for around 20 minutes and then should pick up the sensor which can then be placed back outside. If this does not resolve the issue then batteries should be replaced in the main unit and the sensor and reset procedure again.

The sensor can be located either inside the house or outside within 30m of the main unit. The ideal placement would be a location on the exterior of the home at a height of not more than 1.5m which can shield it from direct sunlight for accurate readings
