1. Disable "Glove mode"?settings> ASUS customized settings> Glove mode 2. Make sure your device is off and restart your device. 3. Try to upgrade firmware version: Settings> About> System update> Check Update 4. Reboot to Safe Mode (Long press the power button> Long press the power off> OK). You can also free up storage space by delete messages, pictures, video, unused apps or move content to the memory card that you no longer need. 8. If the above steps don't help you, you might also try to reset your device.?Note: Once RESET was performed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted after initialization. 9. If the problem you are experiencing started happening after you attach a screen protector, you may want to remove it. 10. If touch function of monitor totally failed, and cause users unable to turn off the device, please try to press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds to "forced shut-down".

Accessing other networks Please use other available networks or contact your network provider for help. 9. Resetting your device Note: When FACTORY RESET is performed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted after initialization. Tap "Reset phone" in "Settings" -> "Backup & reset" -> "Factory data reset".
1. Enable " Bluetooth " on Settings page 2. After you enable the "Bluetooth" on setting page, It takes a few seconds to show the available Bluetooth devices nearby 3. Place other bluetooth deviced nearby your mobile , Mobile would automatically search for available Bluetooth devices and shows in below "Available device" list.
