The clock will only project constantly when connected to the mains via the adaptor supplied. If not connected to the mains the clock will project only for 5 to 10 seconds. Make sure the "Projections" switch on the back of the product is turned to On
Unplug from the mains and press the reset button on the back of the product. If this does not work also suggest to replace the batteries with new ones and then rest the clock.
Use the Focus button to adjust the projection.
When you have rest the product the reception takes 2 to 10 minutes. If the signal is weak it can take up to 24hours to get a valid signal.
