When you have rest the product the reception takes 2 to 10 minutes. If the signal is weak it can take up to 24hours to get a valid signal.

The sensor can be located either inside the house or outside within 30m of the main unit. The ideal placement would be a location on the exterior of the home at a height of not more than 1.5m which can shield it from direct sunlight for accurate readings

The historical maximum and minimum data is over the past 24hours in a rolling state.

The weather symbol is a prediction for the next 12 to 24 hours based on the changing barometric pressure.

Press "LIGHT" for 5 seconds

Check the channel on the sensor (to be found in the battery compartment) corresponds to the channel on the main unit. Bring the sensor next to the main unit and press the rest button on the main unit and then the sensor. Leave for around 20 minutes and then should pick up the sensor which can then be placed back outside. If this does not resolve the issue then batteries should be replaced in the main unit and the sensor and reset procedure again.

Make sure the product is set to UK time with the EU/UK switch inside the battery compartment. The press the reset button.
